Pilot Lite Ventures maps London to explore the local independent food and beverage scene

UK consumers’ priorities have evidently shifted to Locally Sourced British products and supporting local independent retailers,  such outlets have seen a trend across the UK, with total growth of 110% over a 5 year period driving the growth of independent retail. It is estimated that London has over 25,000 independent outlets that retail food and drink products excluding restaurants​. Hence, one of the worlds largest FMCG corporates was looking to better engage with its end customers and consumers; they wanted to change how consumers view and consider their portfolio and organisation.
