Unlocking Corporate IP to benefit Direct To Consumer Nutrition

An innovation group within the client organisation, engaged PLV to evaluate their stranded consumer-facing nutrition IP and determine the best approach to move forward. PLV recommended co-funding a spun off venture-managed NewCo that would serve as a consumer-facing, white-labelled technology platform with a strong business case for strategic partnerships; forecast revenues of £17m in year 2 after 1 year of product development.
